Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Agreement. This Agreement is between you and the individual developer, Leslie Fernsby (“we”, “us”). By installing or using NomNomPal (“App”), you agree to these terms.

License. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Medical Disclaimer. The App provides informational tools only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.

User Content. You’re responsible for content you submit. Don’t upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

AI Output. AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate; use at your own risk.

Prohibited Uses. No reverse engineering, scraping, automated extraction, or attempts to circumvent security.

Updates. We may deliver updates that add, modify, or remove features. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or to protect the service. You may stop using and uninstall at any time.

Third-Party Stores. If obtained via Apple iOS, you also agree to Apple’s Standard EULA. Store operators (e.g., Apple, Google) are not responsible for support or claims.

No Warranties. THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the App or breach of this Agreement.

Age. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.

Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

English version controls. Translations of the UI are for convenience only.
